Meet the people behind Local Trade Partners—here to help you make connections, find opportunities, and put trade to work for your business.

Rich Creyer

CTB

Senior Broker

Rich loves a good project—whether it’s improving a house, figuring out how a business works, or helping an LTP member find their next great trade.

He brings more than 40 years of business experience, including leading Employee Benefits Resources Center, Inc., sales roles with IBM, Digital Media, and AIG, and plenty of time in the construction industry. He’s also a real estate investor and Certified Trade Broker, with an economics degree from Lehigh University and postgraduate studies at NYU, the University of Iowa, and the University of Arkansas.

When he’s off the clock, you’ll find Rich reading, working out, riding motorcycles, or tackling another home improvement project. He calls Prairie Grove home and serves his community through the Springdale Rotary Club, where he’s a Paul Harris Fellow.

Have extra capacity or something you’d love to buy on trade? Talk to Rich. He enjoys connecting the dots—and helping you put your LTP membership to work.

Kady Bright

Administrative Broker & Member Care Manager

Kady helps turn connections into opportunities. As Administrative Broker at Local Trade Partners, she keeps daily operations running smoothly while helping members manage their accounts, discover products and services, and connect with businesses across the exchange.

Active in the Northwest Arkansas community since 2015, Kady brings a background in writing, communications, and relationship building to her role. She coordinates member newsletters, social media, outreach, and events, giving local businesses more ways to be seen and stay involved. With a thoughtful eye for detail and a knack for seeing how people can help one another, she serves as a bridge between members and new possibilities.

Kady lives in Fayetteville, where she enjoys writing, creative pursuits, and finding beauty in everyday moments.

Rolf Wilkin

CTB , CTE

CEO

Rolf couldn’t find a local trade exchange to join—so he built one. Since founding Local Trade Partners in 2009, he’s been helping fellow business owners turn “We have extra” into “We could use that!”

With Eureka Pizza and PopUp Drink Thru keeping his entrepreneurial wheels turning, Rolf knows small business life firsthand. He’s a Certified Trade Broker and Certified Trade Executive who loves helping local businesses succeed.

His restaurant roots run deep: he’s received the Arkansas Restaurant Association’s “Salut au Restaurateur” award, served as its President, and served as Chairman of the Board of the Arkansas Hospitality Association.

An LSU grad (Geaux Tigers!), Eagle Scout, and longtime Rotarian, Rolf calls Fayetteville home with his wife, Ceri, and their three children. Away from work, he’s usually cooking, cycling, lifting weights, or getting lost in a good book.
